Royal Roads : Victoria, British Columbia
The event takes place on April 11, 2026 at Royal Roads University in Colwood, Victoria, BC. The race staging area is the grassy field at the campus entrance, listed at 7a University Drive.
Courses include single-track trail sections and are offered in three formats:
- 11 km approx., 300 m vertical gain, 1 aid station at 7.5 km
- 6 km approx., 100 m vertical gain
- 1 km kids race
The long-course aid station provides water, Gatorade and small snacks. The event operates a cupless policy; participants must bring a drinking vessel or may purchase a cup on site. Course maps and downloadable GPX/Strava routes are provided by the organizers.
Race bibs are picked up at the registration tent on the field and a government-issued photo ID is required to collect a bib. There is ample parking in the adjacent dirt track; pay parking is in effect and parking volunteers will assist with vehicle flow.
Registration fees for the kids race are directed to the South Vancouver Island Nature Trails Society. Post-race food and prize draws are part of the event. The event acknowledges it takes place on the traditional, ancestral and unceded territories of the Esquimalt and Songhees First Nations.
