Vampire Run 2026 - Season 7
The Vampire Run is a themed 5k event held in Covington, Georgia, a location known as the filming site for various supernatural television series and films. The event supports Blood Cancer United, with net proceeds donated to aid in the fight against blood cancers. Participants can choose between an in-person race or a virtual "Spirit Runner" option.
The in-person course starts and finishes at Legion Field. It is a USATF-certified route that serves as a Peachtree Road Race qualifier. The flat course is designed for both runners and walkers, featuring over 20 designated photo spots along the route. These spots highlight famous filming locations from popular horror and supernatural productions. Volunteers are available at these stations to assist with photography.
Participants in both the live and virtual versions receive a race bib, a finisher medal, and a shirt. The virtual option allows participants to complete their distance at any location during the month of October.
