Vampire Run 2026 - Season 7 Spellbound
Vampire Run 2026 Season 7 is a Halloween-themed 5k run and walk held in Covington, Georgia, with both an in-person event and a virtual option called Spirit Runners. The live course starts and finishes at Legion Field, 3173 Mill Street, Covington GA 30014, and passes many local filming locations.
The event is a USATF certified, timed 5k and serves as a Peachtree Road Race qualifier. Spirit Runners receive a bib, medal, and finisher shirt and may log a time or participate without timing; spirit runner packages are shipped about ten days after the live run.
Net proceeds support Blood Cancer United, formerly The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. The event page lists funds raised so far and a fundraising goal.
The run was created in 2020 in memory of the organizer’s parents who died of cancer. The live route includes more than twenty marked photo spots with volunteers available to take photos. A costume contest is part of the event, and placement awards are provided overall, for men and women, and in age groups including under 10, 10 to 19, 20 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59, 60 to 69, and 70 and over.
