Valley Vineyards Haunted Wine Run 5k
The event is a chip-timed 5k run and walk held at Valley Vineyards Winery & Brewery, 2276 US-22 & 3, Morrow, OH 45152. The course starts at the vineyard, includes a short portion on the road, and follows an out-and-back route on a bike trail past vineyard areas.
Registration includes a super soft ring spun cotton T-shirt, a shatterproof collapsible wine glass, a finisher medal, a race bib with chip timing, results posted online, and a pour of wine for eligible participants. Packet pickup is scheduled for the evening before the event on October 2, 2026 from 4:00 to 6:00 PM at the winery. Race day pickup is also available for those unable to attend the evening session.
The event names Pink Ribbon Good as its charity partner; that organization provides free healthy meals, rides to treatment, housecleaning essentials, and peer support to people and families affected by breast and gynecological cancer.
Age group awards are offered to the top three finishers in each ten year category: 19 and under, 20 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59, 60 to 69, 70 to 79, and 80 and over. Competitive runners must start with the first group to be eligible for age group awards. Minors may participate with a discounted registration; minors do not receive a wine glass or a pour of wine.
