Valley Harvest Marathon
The Valley Harvest Marathon weekend takes place in the Annapolis Valley of Nova Scotia and is presented as the 34th annual event on Thanksgiving weekend, October 10 and 11, 2026. The event highlights the Town of Wolfville and surrounding areas in a region described as a centre of agriculture, apple production, and wineries in Atlantic Canada.
Multiple race options are offered across race weekend. Distances and formats include:
- Ultra Marathon - route through several Annapolis Valley towns
- Marathon - course past apple orchards, horse farms and pastoral scenery
- Half Marathon
- 10KM - route through the historic Town of Wolfville
- 5KM - view the fall scenery in Wolfville
- Youth Run - a complementary youth event offered by the Mud Creek Rotary Club of Wolfville
- Virtual Run - choose location and distance: 5KM, 10KM, Half, Full, or Ultra
The event includes an expo, charity partnerships, volunteer opportunities and training resources. Organizers note the event takes place in Mi’kma’ki, the traditional and unceded territory of the Mi’kmaq, and state that runners and walkers will be participating in that territory.
