Valley Harvest Marathon

The Valley Harvest Marathon takes place during Thanksgiving weekend in the Annapolis Valley of Nova Scotia. This annual event celebrates its 34th year in 2026. The route passes through the historic Town of Wolfville and surrounding areas, which serve as the agricultural heart and winery center of Atlantic Canada.

The event offers several race distances for participants:

  • 50 km (Ultra-marathon)
  • 42.2 km (Full Marathon)
  • 21.1 km (Half Marathon)
  • 10 km
  • 5 km
  • Youth Run

A virtual run option is also available for those unable to attend in person. In addition to the races, the event features an expo. Organized by the Blue Nose Marathon Society, the event acknowledges that it takes place in Mi'kma'ki, the traditional and unceded territory of the Mi'kmaq.
