About the race
The Valley Harvest Marathon is a race weekend in the Annapolis Valley of Nova Scotia held on October 10 and 11, 2026. The event takes place in and around the historic Town of Wolfville and highlights the region known for agriculture, apple orchards, and wineries. The 2026 running is the 34th annual edition. Distance options include: - Ultra Marathon - Marathon (Full) - Half Marathon - 10KM - 5KM - Youth Run (complementary, courtesy of the Mud Creek Rotary Club of Wolfville) - Virtual Run (5KM, 10KM, Half Marathon, Full Marathon, Ultra Marathon) Course descriptions note passages past apple orchards, horse farms and pastoral scenery.
The weekend program also includes an expo, and the event lists official charities and volunteer opportunities. Organizers acknowledge that the Valley Harvest Marathon takes place in Mi’kma’ki, the traditional and unceded territory of the Mi’kmaq, and reference the historic Treaties based on Peace and Friendship.
