Valley 4th RUN
The Valley 4th RUN is a July 4 running event in downtown Harrisonburg, Virginia. The event offers three distance options and uses chip timing. An optional 40 foot inflatable slip 'n slide is installed at the finish for participants who want to cool down.
Participants may choose from the following distances:
- 1.5 mile
- 5K
- 10K
Preregistration pricing is listed by distance: 1.5 mile $28, 5K $33, 10K $38. Important registration dates include a June 23 deadline to be guaranteed a shirt, an online registration deadline on July 3 at 12pm, and packet pickup on July 3 from 2pm to 7pm at Pale Fire Brewing. Walkup registration is available during packet pickup with a $5 price increase. There is no race day packet pickup.
