Adult male and female awards are given 3 deep in these age groups: 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, and 65+. Child-friendly age group awards are 5 deep in these ranges: 0-6, 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14, 15-16, and 17-19. A Sweetheart Division awards the team with the lowest combined time; that division is for a team of one male and one female and those teams cannot qualify for individual age group awards.
