Event details

The Valentine's Day 5K takes place on Saturday, February 14, 2026, in Ocala, FL (1425 NE 58th Ave, 34470). The race distance is 5 km. The course includes both paved road sections and natural trail sections. The registration fee is $30 and the price increases after December 31, 2025. Proceeds from the event support the Vanguard High School Cross Country Team.

Awards and divisions

Adult age-group awards are offered 3 deep for male and female divisions in these ranges: 20–24, 25–29, 30–34, 35–39, 40–44, 45–49, 50–54, 55–59, 60–64, 65+. Youth age-group awards are offered 5 deep in these ranges: 0–6, 7–8, 9–10, 11–12, 13–14, 15–16, 17–19. A Sweetheart Division pairs one male and one female; the lowest combined time determines the winning team. Teams in the Sweetheart Division are not eligible for individual age-group awards.
