Vale Tridents Open Water Aquathlon
The event is held at a private venue, Lake 62 in Ashton Keynes, Wiltshire SN6 6QX. All swimming takes place in the private lake and all running takes place within the venue on lake paths. The programme includes youth and junior multisport races and a family fun run.
Available race options include:
- Youth/Junior (age 15-19) - 750m swim, 4.5km run
- Tri Star 3 (age 13-14) - 500m swim, 3km run
- Tri Star 2 (age 11-12) - 300m swim, 1.5km run
- Tri Star 1 (age 9-10) - 200m swim, 1.5km run
- Tri Start (age 8) - 50m swim, 600m run
- Fun Run - 1.5km run
Event logistics note ample free parking within a five minute walk of the venue. Limited disabled parking is available and requires prior arrangement. The nearest bus stop is in South Cerney with train connections via Swindon or Kemble.
Camping is offered for Friday night at a fee of £10 per pitch; toilet facilities are on site and there are no showers. An Event Protection policy is in place to safeguard entries.
