The Vale of York 5M & 10M takes place in Rufforth, North Yorkshire, on 29 March 2026. The race offers two distances:

Course and facilities
The course is a single-lap road route with a flat profile on closed rural roads west of York. Finishers receive wooden medals, and chocolate and water are provided at the finish. On-course facilities include water stations, distance markers and toilets. There are no changing facilities, no showers and no baggage store.
Entry and policies
Standard entry prices range from £15.00 to £35.00 depending on distance, affiliation and whether a T-shirt is included. Example prices include a £15 affiliated 5M entry and a £35 unaffiliated 10M entry with T-shirt. If the event has not sold out, entry on the day is available for an additional £5. Refunds are not available within four weeks of race day. If the race is cancelled, entries transfer to the rescheduled date. Race place transfers are not permitted after 18 March 2026; unauthorised name changes may lead to disqualification and referral to UK Athletics.
