Utah Valley Marathon - Provo, Utah
The Utah Valley Marathon weekend takes place in Provo, Utah on June 6, 2026, with race-related events across the weekend and a Fitness Expo at the Utah Valley Convention Center the day before. The event program includes multiple distances and race-day support for participants.
The marathon course drops a net elevation of more than 1,400 feet and is certified for Boston Marathon qualification. Both the marathon and the half marathon are USATF certified. The route travels through Provo Canyon and passes forests, a reservoir, the Provo River, waterfalls, and mountain scenery. The half marathon finishes in downtown Provo and follows the final half of the full marathon course.
Each distance features on-course support, aid stations, finish-line festivities, and event swag. Additional categories and features listed for the weekend include a Friday evening 5K, a free Kids 1K fun run, handcycle and wheelchair entries for the half marathon distance, and the Triple Medal Challenge that spans multiple events.
