USARD Christmas in July 5K - July 18, 2026
The USARD Christmas in July 5K is a community run and walk held at the Race Site, 1307 Third Ave., Fort Knox, KY 40121, on July 18, 2026. The event offers both an in-person 5K and a virtual 5K option with a posting window for virtual times from July 18 to July 26.
Registration is digital only; no cash transactions will be accepted on race day. The first 200 participants to sign up receive a medal. All ages are welcome. Teams may be formed or joined as an optional registration feature. Proceeds from the event support the USARD Ball.
The course uses a common start and finish and follows an out-and-back 5K route. In-person bib pickup and registration are available before the event. Virtual participants receive shipped bibs within a shipping window that ranges from one week before the event to one week after. Virtual entrants can upload times and photos during the specified posting window.
Results and finish line media are available online with live results, same-day finish line photos, and video. The event accepts toy donations for Santa’s Workshop on Fort Knox and lists suggested donation amounts for additional support. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
