Gobbler 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon - Naples, FL
The event takes place at 11565 Tamiami Trail E in Naples, Florida. The start location is by the tennis courts and bathrooms are located in the pavilion by the starting line. Course surfaces are asphalt.
Distances offered:
- 5K registration fee $30
- 10K registration fee $45
- Half marathon (13.1 miles) registration fee $65
Course formats are out-and-back. The 5K/10K course uses a one-way segment of 1.56 miles for an out-and-back totaling 3.11 miles; the 5K completes that out-and-back once and the 10K twice. The half marathon course uses a one-way segment of 1.64 miles for an out-and-back totaling 3.28 miles; the half marathon completes that out-and-back four times. A course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes applies.
All runners must register on RunSignUp; there is no on-site registration. All finishers will receive a themed finisher medal. A group photo is taken at the beginning of each race and a best costume award is given at that time. The race earns points toward the US Road Running Race Series and has awards as listed by the organizer. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
