Event Details
The Pirate 5K, 10K & 13.1M at Naples, FL (14) is a running event offering three distances: a 5K, a 10K, and a Half Marathon. It takes place at Eagle Lakes Community Park in Naples, Florida. All races start at the same time.
The event has a pirate theme. While wearing a costume is not required, it is encouraged. A group photo is taken at the beginning of each race, and a best costume award is presented.
All finishers receive a themed medal.
Course Information
All courses use asphalt paths. The start line is located by the tennis courts, and bathrooms are available in a nearby pavilion.
- 5K and 10K Course: Both races share a common 3.11-mile out-and-back loop. The 5K completes this loop once. The 10K completes the loop twice.
- Half Marathon Course: This race uses a 3.28-mile out-and-back loop. The Half Marathon completes this loop four times.
The course has a time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes.
Registration and Logistics
Registration must be completed online prior to the event; there is no on-site registration. Packet pickup begins 30 minutes before the race start and ends 10 minutes before the start.
