US Road Running - Springdale
The US Road Running event in Springdale, Arkansas, features a series of road races held at 7341 W Downum Rd. Participants can choose between three different distances based on a revolving out-and-back course structure. The start line is located next to the park splash pad.
The event offers the following race distances:
- 5K (3.1 miles)
- 10K (6.2 miles)
- Half Marathon (13.1 miles)
The 5K and 10K utilize a 0.78-mile out-and-back loop (1.56 miles total). To complete the distance, 5K runners finish the loop twice, while 10K runners complete it four times. The Half Marathon uses a separate 1.09-mile out-and-back loop (2.18 miles total). To finish the 13.1-mile course, runners must complete this loop six times.
Registration must be completed online in advance through RunSignup, as there is no option for on-site registration on the day of the event. Packet pickup is available at the race site shortly before the start. All finishers receive a medal. The event has a total time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes for all distances.
