Event Details
The Medal Madness event takes place at Shaw Family Park in Springdale, Arkansas. The event offers three race distances: a 5K, a 10K, and a Half Marathon.
Course Information
All courses are out-and-back routes.
- The 5K and 10K share a loop that is 0.78 miles long. The 5K covers this loop twice, and the 10K covers it four times.
- The Half Marathon course uses a 1.09-mile loop, which participants run six times.
The start line is located next to a splash pad in the park. There is a course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes for all events.
Registration and Logistics
Participants must register online via RunSignup; there is no on-site registration available. Packet pickup begins 30 minutes before the race start and ends 10 minutes before it begins.
Awards and Features
All finishers receive a themed medal. While not required, costumes are encouraged; a group photo is taken at the start of each race, and a best costume award is presented. The race awards points for the US Road Running Race Series. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
