All runners must register on RunSignup; there is no on-site registration. The course surface is paved.
Course and logistics
Parking is available at the Lowell Riverfront Dog Park. The event uses out-and-back loops for both distances. The 5K course is built from a 0.78-mile segment; the out-and-back equals 1.56 miles, and that out-and-back is completed twice. The Half Marathon course is built from a 1.09-mile segment; the out-and-back equals 2.18 miles, and that out-and-back is completed six times.
