Event details
Medal Madness 5K & 13.1 takes place on August 29, 2026 at Green Hills County Park, 9300 Deponie Dr, Raleigh, NC 27614. The park gate opens at 8 am. Packet pickup is available beginning 30 minutes before the race and ends 10 minutes before the race. All runners must register on RunSignup; there is no on-site registration. Parking is located at the playground on the north side of the park. Bathrooms are located by the playground.

- Half Marathon
Both courses use an out-and-back format. The 5K repeats the out-and-back twice. The Half Marathon repeats the out-and-back six times. The course surface is concrete. A course time limit of 3:00 hours applies. The event includes finisher medals, a shirt and gear shop, a best costume category, series points, and awards.
