Medal Madness is scheduled for March 21, 2026 at Green Hills County Park, 9300 Deponie Dr, Raleigh, NC 27614. The event includes two distances and uses concrete surfaces for the course. Parking is located at the playground on the north side of the park and restrooms are available by the playground.

Registration is handled through RunSignup and on-site registration is not available. Both the 5K and the half marathon follow out-and-back formats: the 5K completes the out-and-back twice, while the half marathon completes the out-and-back six times.
