Haunted 5K, 10K, & 13.1 at Piedmont Park, Piedmont, AL (40S30)
The event on October 3, 2026 takes place at Piedmont Park, 5960 Old Piedmont Gadsden Hwy, Piedmont, AL 36272. It includes three race distances:
- 5K
- 10K
- Half Marathon (13.1 miles)
Course layouts use repeated out and back segments. The 5K and 10K are based on a 0.78 mile segment that becomes a 1.56 mile out and back; the 5K repeats that out and back twice and the 10K repeats it four times. The half marathon is based on a 1.09 mile segment that becomes a 2.18 mile out and back and is repeated six times.
The event enforces a course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes. Packet pickup is provided before the race and all participants must register online through RunSignup; there is no on site registration.
