Event Overview
The Eagle 5K & 13.1M is a timed running event held at Green Hills County Park in Raleigh, North Carolina. The event features two primary distances on a concrete surface. All participants must register in advance through the online platform, as there is no registration available on the day of the race.
The park gates open one hour before the start of the events. Parking is available near the playground on the north side of the park, where restroom facilities are also located. A course time limit of three hours is in place for all participants.
Distances
Participants can choose from the following distances:
- 5K: A course consisting of two out-and-back loops.
- Half Marathon: A course consisting of six out-and-back loops.
Race Logistics
Packet pickup begins 30 minutes before the official start and concludes 10 minutes prior to the race. The event includes specific rewards such as finisher medals for those who complete their distance. There is also an optional best costume category for participants.
