The event is held in Temple, Texas at 7325 Prairie View Rd near the Crossroads Tennis Courts. Parking is available in the lot by the tennis courts and bathrooms are located behind the tennis court. The course surfaces are paved.

Course format and routing are out-and-back segments. The 5K follows the 3.11 mile out-and-back once. The 10K covers that same out-and-back twice. The half marathon repeats a 3.275 mile out-and-back segment four times. A separate 1 mile course is described as a 0.5 mile out-and-back.
Packet pickup is handled before the race, within a short window immediately prior to the start. All runners must register on RunSignup and there is no on-site registration.
