Event Details
The Luau 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon takes place on Saturday, May 16, 2026 at the Crossroads Recreational Complex in Temple, Texas. The event offers three distance options:
- 5K ($30)
- 10K ($45)
- Half Marathon ($65)
All races share a common start time and follow a paved course. Packet pickup begins 30 minutes before the start and ends 10 minutes prior. Registration is required in advance on RunSignup; no on-site registration is available.
Course Information
The course is an out-and-back design on paved paths. The 5K and 10K share a 1.56-mile (3.11 km) out-and-back segment. The 5K completes this segment once. The 10K completes it twice.
The Half Marathon uses a slightly different 1.64-mile (3.28 km) out-and-back segment, which is repeated four times to complete the distance.
Venue and Logistics
The event is based at the Crossroads Recreational Complex, located at 7325 Prairie View Rd in Temple. Parking is available in the lot by the Crossroads Tennis Courts.
