About the race
US Road Running stages the Pirate races in Savannah, GA, at 1850 E Montgomery Cross Rd. The event program includes three running races and finisher medals.
The distances offered are:
- 5K (registration fee $30.00)
- 10K (registration fee $45.00)
- Half Marathon 13.1 Miles (registration fee $65.00)
Races are organized as local, community oriented events with a clear course and race results. Race staff are available on site, typically one or two people per race. EMS is not stationed on site. Water stations are limited to the finish area at the end of each lap and at the race finish, so participants should plan accordingly.
Registration opened in 2022 and closes on the event date in 2027. The organizer notes a relaxed and low pressure race day intended for runners and walkers who want an official small race experience with results and medals. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
