Event overview
The Medal Madness event takes place on December 12, 2026, in Jackson, Tennessee at North Park (210 Demonbreun Drive, Jackson, TN 38305). Distances offered are:
- 5K
- 10K
- Half Marathon (13.1M)
All participants must register on RunSignup; there is no on-site registration. A course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes applies.
Course and logistics
The courses are paved and use repeated out-and-back segments. The 5K and 10K use a 0.78 mile segment that forms a 1.56 mile out-and-back; the 5K repeats that out-and-back twice and the 10K repeats it four times. The half marathon uses a 1.09 mile segment that forms a 2.18 mile out-and-back and is repeated six times. Parking is available in the lot by the tennis courts and the starting line is located next to the playground.
