Event Overview
The US Road Running event in Jackson, Tennessee, is part of a national race series that features multiple walking and running distances. Participants can choose between several road races held on a paved course at North Park. All participants receive a finisher medal after completing their respective distances.
The event offers three distinct distance options:
- 5K - Completed by running an out-and-back loop twice.
- 10K - Completed by running an out-and-back loop four times.
- Half Marathon - Completed by running an out-and-back loop six times.
Course Details
The races follow an out-and-back format. For the 5K and 10K, the individual out-and-back segment measures 1.56 miles. For the Half Marathon, the out-and-back segment measures 2.18 miles. The entire course is paved and the starting line is located next to the playground at North Park. There is a general course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes for all events.

Parking is available at the lot by the tennis courts. Registration must be completed online prior to the event, as there is no on-site registration. Packet pickup is conducted on the morning of the race, beginning 30 minutes before the start and concluding 10 minutes before the start.
