Course and logistics

The course uses a short out-and-back segment of 0.78 miles (one-way), forming a 1.56-mile out-and-back loop. The 5K consists of two laps of that out-and-back loop; the 10K consists of four laps. The race has a course time limit of 2 hours.

Packet pickup begins 30 minutes before the race and ends 10 minutes before the race start. The start line is next to the Knoxville Parks & Recreation building.

Finisher medals are provided. A shirt and gear shop, awards, series points, a best-costume recognition, and frequently asked questions are available through the race organizer.
