Event Details
The Medal Madness 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon takes place on September 12, 2026 at John Paul Landing Park in Cypress, Texas. The event offers three distances: a 5K, a 10K, and a Half Marathon. All races start together.
Course Information
The 5K and 10K share a course. It is an out-and-back route of 3.11 miles (1.56 miles one way). The 5K completes this loop once, while the 10K runs it twice.
The Half Marathon course is a separate out-and-back route of 3.28 miles (1.64 miles one way). Participants run this loop four times to complete the distance. The overall time limit for the course is 3 hours and 30 minutes.
Registration and Logistics
All participants must register online via RunSignup; there is no on-site registration. Packet pickup begins 30 minutes before the race start and closes 10 minutes before the start. Parking is available near the start line. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
