Location and start
The start area is on the northeast side of the park, by the tennis courts and restrooms, adjacent to Cricket Field 2. The start location is marked as the green dot on the published course map. A parking fee of $3.00 per car applies and is not included with registration.
Course and format
The mapped segment measures about 0.78 miles; the full out-and-back segment is about 1.56 miles. The course is run as repeats of that segment: the 5K completes the segment two times and the 10K completes it four times. The event has a course time limit of 2 hours.

All runners must register on RunSignup; there is no on-site registration. The event provides finisher medals, and there are provisions for race shirts and gear, a best costume recognition, series points, and awards.
