New Year 5K, 10K and Half Marathon - Concord, NC
The New Year event in Concord, North Carolina, presents three road race options on 01/09/2027 at 760 Orphanage Rd, Concord, NC 28027. The program includes short and middle-distance road races that are organized as local, community-focused events.
Participants can expect a clear course layout, on-site race staff, official results, and finisher medals. Events are described as low-pressure and suitable for both runners and walkers who prefer smaller, local race settings. Most races are staffed by one or two people, and race-day support is intentionally limited compared with larger events.
Race-day logistics note that emergency medical services are not stationed on site. Water stations are limited to the finish area at the end of each lap and at the race finish. Participants should plan for weather conditions and bring any items they may need between laps. Race staff are available to assist with on-site questions.
