UR Medicine Home Care Hospice 5K - Presented by Fleet Feet
Honoring comfort, dignity, and love. The first annual Run to Remember is a community-based event dedicated to raising funds and awareness for hospice care in the greater Rochester area. The event provides a structured opportunity for individuals and families to honor loved ones who received hospice services and to reinforce the mission of compassionate end-of-life care.
The event offers both in-person and virtual participation options. In-person activities take place at 1000 East River Road, Rochester, NY 14623. Available distances include:
- 5K - 3.1 Miles
- 1.25 Mile Walk - 1.25 Miles
Registration opens March 13, 2026 for all events. Fees and registration closing dates vary by event: the in-person 5K has a $30 fee and closes registration April 30, 2026; the in-person 1.25 mile walk has a $20 fee and closes registration September 30, 2026; the virtual 5K has a $30 fee and the virtual 1.25 mile walk has a $20 fee, with virtual registrations closing October 18, 2026.
