Event overview
The Upstate Strut for Childhood Cancer Race is scheduled for November 16, 2025 at Milliken Arboretum in Spartanburg, SC (920 Milliken Road, 29303). The event is organised by Children’s Cancer Partners of the Carolinas and all proceeds benefit Upstate children battling cancer. The event includes both a community fun run and a 5K race and offers volunteer roles such as packet pick-up, course setup, water stops, finish line support, information tent, and clean-up.

Entry fees listed for 2025 are $30 for the 5K and $25 for the 1 Mile, with prices increasing after October 15, 2025. Race shirts are limited to the first 200 registrants and medals are limited to the first 100 finishers; shirt sizes depend on availability unless registered prior to October 15. Prizes include top 3 male and female overall and top male and female in age group categories: 0-16, 17-34, 35-54, 55-69, and 70+.
