Registration is managed through the organiser's booking partner Let's Do This and requires an account with that provider. Race bibs and timing chips are collected at the registration desk on the day; registration typically opens about 90 minutes before the first race. All races are chip timed and the course is measured. The timing chip is attached to the race bib and should be secured to an outer garment.
The event provides a finishers medal, hydration stations, kilometre markers, course marshals, music, an instructor led warm up, and goody bags with sports nutrition snacks and offers. Race day photos will be available on the event website and are free to view.
Entry and entry changes follow the organiser's policies: refunds are available up to 30 days before the event; transfers or voucher points are possible up to 7 days before; transfers to another person or virtual entries are possible up to 3 days before. Cut off times are typically 1.5 hours for 5k and 10k and 3 hours for half marathons. Children must meet age guidelines for distances. Dogs are not permitted.
