The event is an untimed vineyard run and family fun run held at Bishop Estate Vineyard & Winery in Perkasie, PA. It features an untimed 5k Vineyard Run/Walk and an untimed Kids' Grape Juice Fun Run.

Most of the 5k course runs on grass and is described as not designed for fast running; participants are asked to be aware of uneven footing and to pay attention to their surroundings. Packet pick-up and registration occur on the same day as the event. Dogs are not permitted at this event.
After the finish participants can collect a finisher's medal and stay for post-event activities. The program includes wine tasting for attendees over 21, grape juice tasting, free snow cones for children, food trucks, music, and lawn games. The event promotes a social atmosphere with an after party on site.
