Entries, amenities, timing and awards
Entry includes a race t-shirt (if selected), a custom finisher medal, professional timing results and a free online finisher photograph. Registered participants may opt out of the shirt for a reduced fee; guaranteed shirt sizes require registration with the shirt option by midnight Sunday, April 19, 2026. Sample entry prices listed in the event information include $35 with shirt and $30 without shirt for the 10K and 5K Run/Walk, and reduced youth pricing for ages 13 and under.
The 5K and 10K events will be timed to USATF sanctioning requirements. Overall awards are given three deep for male and female winners in the 5K and 10K; age-group awards are issued to first place male and female in 10-year categories. Official results will be posted online within 48 hours of race completion. The organizing body does not provide refunds except when cancellation is within the organizers' control; transfers to other events owned by the promoter may be allowed in some cases.
