Uniquely Autism 5K & Fun Walk : Port Saint Lucie, FL
The Uniquely Autism 5K & Fun Walk is a two-day community event held in Tradition Square, Port Saint Lucie. The event marks the second annual edition and focuses on autism awareness and support for the autism community. All proceeds will benefit Surfers for Autism.
The event program includes several participation options and family-oriented activities. Vendors will offer information and resources for parents and families with children with autism. The site includes a grassy area used for a kids dash and a one-mile route that goes around the lake; the one-mile walk is not timed. A packet pick-up location is listed at Fleet Feet St Lucie.
Awards are presented for the 5K after the race. Awards include overall male and female, masters male and female, and top-three awards by age category covering youth through senior divisions.
