Union Wood

Union Wood is a mountain running event organized by the Irish Mountain Running Association, taking place in Sligo. The race features a challenging 8 km course with a 228-meter climb, traversing gravel paths, single-track trails, and off-road sections, culminating at Union Rock, which offers stunning panoramic views. Participants must carry mandatory gear, including a showerproof jacket, and are encouraged to carpool to the venue.
