Unified 5K Twin Cities
The Unified 5K Twin Cities is a community road race and adaptive sports expo held in Saint Paul on June 14, 2026. The event takes place at Harriet Island, 200 Dr. Justus Ohage Blvd, and is presented as an inclusive event for people of varying abilities. This edition is the second annual Twin Cities event.
The program combines a timed road race with an AdaptXpo expo for adaptive sports organizations and companies that support people with disabilities. The event offers volunteer roles and vendor exhibiting opportunities to support the race day and the expo.
The event lists two course options:
- 5k Route
- One Mile Route
Organizers highlight several community impact initiatives tied to the race. A partnership with Less Leg More Heart will provide the donation of a running blade to an amputee at every race. There is also a goal to donate a Hoyt running chair or handcycle at multiple events. An adaptive fitness beneficiary program may work with a local facility to deliver AdaptX Academy education and to supply adaptive fitness equipment.
Sponsors are acknowledged for supporting the Twin Cities event. The presentation focuses on accessibility, adaptive equipment donations, community partnerships, and opportunities for local adaptive sports organizations to exhibit at the AdaptXpo.
