About the Event
The Unified 5K - Montvale is an inclusive road race and adaptive sports expo. The event aims to raise funds for AdaptX education, research, community events, fitness programming, and grant initiatives. It is designed for participation by running, walking, rowing, or rolling. This is the first annual event.

- 5k Walk/Run/Roll (Early Start): For participants who anticipate taking longer than an hour to complete the course.

- 1 Mile Walk/Run/Roll
