The Great Harvard 4th of July Road Race
The event takes place in Harvard, Massachusetts at The Bromfield School on July 4, 2026. It includes a five mile road race and a one mile fun run held at the same venue.

- 1 Mile (1 Mile Fun Run)
Registration windows and fees are set in advance. Registration opens May 1, 2026. The 5 Miler has a regular fee of $35 and a race day fee of $40. The 1 Mile Fun Run fee is $10 and does not include a shirt. Town employees and runners age 65 and over can register for $15 with a shirt included. A high quality running shirt is guaranteed for registrations completed on or before June 20, 2026. No race day shirts will be available. No refunds will be provided after June 4, 2025.
Runners are placed in male and female divisions with age groups that include junior 18 and under, open 19 to 29, sub masters 30 to 39, masters 40 to 49, seniors 50 to 59, veterans 60 to 69, and 70 and over. Prizes are awarded to the top three in each category. Post race refreshments are provided. Course record times are listed for men and women.
