The Unicorn 5k (North) is scheduled for Sat June 20, 2026 in Thornton, Colorado. The event offers two distances:

Location, charity and extras
The race takes place at Carpenter Park Fields, 108th & Colorado Blvd. A course map is available on MapMyRun. Food For Hope is the event charity partner; the organizer accepts in-kind food donations on race day and runs local school food programs. The event partners with Sneakers4Funds to collect gently used or new athletic shoes, which supports the Growing Home charity. Donations may be dropped off at Advanced Packet Pick Up or on race day. Teams of five or more receive a $5 registration discount each. Referrals can earn participants up to $20 back from their registration fee.
