Altra Charles Street 12 and 2-Person Relay presented by Kelly Benefits
The event takes place on Saturday, September 5, 2026, in Towson, Maryland, with a finish in downtown Baltimore. It is a point-to-point road race that follows Charles Street, designated a National Scenic Byway, traveling from The Shops at Kenilworth in Towson into Baltimore City.

The course begins at The Shops at Kenilworth and finishes in downtown Baltimore near the Camden Yards sports complex. The Charles Street 12 has a course time limit of 3 hours. There are six aid stations on course located at about Mile 2.5, Mile 4.8, Mile 6.1, Mile 7.4, Mile 9, and Mile 10.9; most offer water and electrolytes, and the first station provides water only.
Race entry includes a finisher medal and access to a post-race party that features a post-race meal, live music, bananas and snacks, a Charm City Run pop-up shop, and one complimentary beer for participants aged 21 and over. Packet pickup is scheduled at multiple Charm City Run store locations in the days before the event, with race day pickup at The Shops at Kenilworth. Bus transportation from downtown to the start is included in registration; there is no parking at the start location. The event names Athletes Serving Athletes (ASA) as its charitable beneficiary.
