Course Details
The race starts and finishes at the winery. The route is a cross-country style event on well-manicured paths that are described as relatively flat. Because the exact course path is chosen closer to the event date based on trail conditions and weather, the specific route may vary. Running strollers are permitted on the course, though the ground can be uneven in certain sections. Dogs are also allowed provided they remain on a leash at all times.
Participant Information
All registered participants receive a super soft ring-spun cotton t-shirt, a donut-themed finisher medal, and a chip-timed race bib. At the finish line, athletes are provided with a donut and cider. Results are posted online after the event, and free finisher photos are uploaded for participants to download.
The event features age group awards for the top three male and female finishers in several categories, ranging from ages 1-9 to 80 and over. Packet pickup is conducted on the morning of the race, opening one hour prior to the start. For those unable to attend in person, a virtual participation option is available where packets can be shipped for an additional fee.
