Ultra Hyrox Simulation in Wigan
Ultra Hyrox Simulation is a team endurance event hosted by JST Events at JST Training | CrossFit JST Wigan in Wigan, England. Teams are formed of four members and may be any mix. The event structure combines long-distance running with eight workout stations to make a total team distance of 80 km.

- 1000 wall balls
Between each station teams cover 5 km of running, supplied as two 2.5 km segments where two team members run while two rest. The format emphasises alternating running and station work to reach the aggregate 80 km distance.
