The Ultimate Zelie Challenge and Obstacle Course Race : Zelienople Community Park
The event takes place in Zelienople Community Park on August 23, 2026, with a multi-day camp running August 10 to 14, 2026. The venue address is 402 E Beaver St, Zelienople, PA 16063. The New Zelie Obstacle Course Race is a loop of about 1.2 to 1.5 miles that includes ten obstacles. Obstacles named include monkey bars, tire flips, carry challenges, pulling challenges, balance and agility elements, and jumping features. Race options include completing a single loop for fastest time or attempting as many loops as possible within a one hour period. Participants who do not complete an obstacle face a running, burpee, or push-up penalty.
The Ultimate Zelie Challenge is described as a ninja warrior-type obstacle course made up of ten challenge events designed for multiple age groups. All race entries receive a t-shirt, a goodie bag lunch box, and Jenny Lee Cinnamon Swirl bread. Trophies and medals are awarded to winners and there are age-group awards. The Ultimate Challenge Champion recognition goes to the top three male and female entries with the most points.
The camp for ages five to fourteen includes obstacle courses, kids’ strength training, hiking, running, swimming, and mud run challenges, and includes entry into the Ultimate Zelie Challenge event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
