Registration and fees
Regular registration fees include $35 for the 5K, $30 for the 5K No Shirt option, and $35 for the Virtual 5K. Late registration for the 5K is $37.50 and race day registration is $40. Virtual registration closes January 24, 2026. Participants registered by January 21 are guaranteed race swag in their size; afterwards swag is available while supplies last.
Race details and services
All finishers receive a finisher medal and a race-themed shirt (subject to the swag guarantee above). Overall and age-group awards are presented in five-year age categories starting at 10 & under; award categories include Top 3 Overall M/F, Masters, Grand Masters, Senior Masters, and regular age groups through 80+. The course is contained within the park and includes some rolling terrain. Water stations will be available approximately every 1.5 miles. Packet pickup is held on race morning starting one hour prior to the start. RaceJoy is provided for live GPS tracking and progress alerts. Virtual participants can submit results through RunSignUp by the stated virtual submission deadline.
Charity and volunteering
The event’s 2026 charity partner is Florida Giant Dog Rescue. Volunteers may be eligible for a $50 Visa gift card if they recruit three others aged 13 or older and meet the race volunteer requirements. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
