Two Cities Marathon
Two Cities Marathon is a multi-event running day presented by CalViva Health in its 18th year. It takes place at Clovis Community College on the border of Fresno and Clovis in California's Central Valley. Organizers describe the courses as flat. The marathon is a Boston qualifying distance and the event features a Boston Challenge plus a Final Mile Competition in the full and half distances. The marathon and half courses are marshaled for seven hours; after that participants must use sidewalks and obey traffic laws. The finish area with a timing mat remains open for a limited additional period.

The 5K is a point to point course with the finish at Clovis Community College and a start near Shepard Avenue and Millbrook. 5K participants must park at Clovis West High School for the start; there are no shuttles to the start. Return shuttles transport 5K finishers back to Clovis West High School. Bag check and late packet pickup are near the 5K start; bag pickup after the race is at the festival information desk near the finish. 5K participants receive chip timing, a tech T shirt, sweatshirt, medallion, and post race food; a beer garden is available for those 21 and older. Virtual participants receive a finisher medal, event shirt, and event hoodie mailed after the event; virtual entries receive no awards and no official results are posted.
