Two Cities Marathon
The Two Cities Marathon takes place on November 1, 2026, in Fresno, California, and uses a course along the border between Fresno and Clovis. The event is presented by CalViva Health and is in its 18th year. The full marathon is USATF certified and designated as a Boston Marathon qualifier. Participants receive technical sublimated shirts and hoodies, and the event includes a post-race breakfast, a health and fitness expo, and a finish-line festival that features free beer for finishers and live entertainment.

Course maps and an online event guide are provided for the different distances. The Iron Office Health and Fitness Expo is hosted at The Well Community Church - Clovis Campus, 325 Nees Ave, Clovis, CA, and serves as the packet pickup location during expo hours. Packet pickup during the expo is required; day-of packet pickup is offered as an add-on available for purchase. Fleet Feet is listed as the official training partner and offers organized training groups for the race distances.
