Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon Weekend
The Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon Weekend is a multi-race running event held October 2–4, 2026. The weekend features a variety of distances and family activities, with courses that pass through downtown districts, circle three urban lakes, and cross the Mississippi River. Several races start or finish at the Minnesota State Capitol grounds.

The 2026 Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon, TC 10 Mile, and TC 10K are sanctioned USATF events. Registration for 2026 opens March 3, 2026. Race policies note transfer and refund windows, time limits for finishing longer distances, and expected minimum paces for some shorter races (for example, a 10K pace expectation of 16 minutes per mile and a 5K pace expectation of 25 minutes per mile). The Twin Cities in Motion app provides participant tracking and event alerts.
