Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon Weekend
The Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon Weekend takes place October 2–4, 2026 and includes a series of races and community events in the Twin Cities area. Courses pass through downtown districts, cross the Mississippi River, circle three urban lakes, and include sections along Summit Avenue and the State Capitol grounds. The weekend features family races and a range of distances for runners and walkers.

- Medtronic TC 10 Mile ten-mile race
- TC 10K ten-kilometer race and 2026 USATF 10K Championships
- TC Half Marathon for More half marathon distance
- TC 5K five-kilometer event
- Medtronic TC Family Events Diaper Dash, Toddler Trot, Half Mile, Mile
- Loony Challenge and Ultra Loony Challenge combined-event options
Registration for 2026 opens March 3, 2026 at 10 A.M. Central. The event offers an Equity in Motion program with a 50% entry fee reduction for a limited number of participants. Kids Run Free discounts apply automatically for participants under 18 at checkout. Refunds are available within 48 hours of registration; transfers are permitted before August 31, 2026 under stated conditions.
