Twilight Trot and Sunset Stroll

The event is the second annual Twilight Trot and Sunset Stroll presented by Covenant Ability Network of Minnesota. It features in-person and virtual options with the following distances:

5K Twilight Trot - out and back on the Lakewalk.
1 mile Sunset Stroll - walk toward the Aerial Lift Bridge and back.
5K Virtual Twilight Trot - complete anywhere to support CAN of MN.

The in-person course starts and finishes at the Lakewalk Endion Station and follows the Lakewalk, passing Leif Erikson Park, the rose gardens, and Canal Park on the return. Participants are asked to keep to the right side of the trail where runners and walkers will share portions of the route. Results will be posted online and an awards ceremony is planned.

Registration fees vary by entry type. Registering before September 1 guarantees a race shirt; registrations after that date may not include a shirt. The virtual entry fee does not include a t shirt. Parking is available in nearby ramps and lots with a short walk suggested to reach the start area. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
