Twilight Trot and Sunset Stroll
This event, presented by Covenant Ability Network of Minnesota, includes a 5K run and a 1 mile walk along the Lakewalk in Duluth, with an in-person race and a virtual 5K option. The in-person course starts and finishes at the Lakewalk Endion Station in Canal Park and is an out-and-back route that runs along the lake walk, passes Leif Erikson Park and the rose gardens, and approaches the aerial lift bridge before returning to Canal Park. Participants are asked to keep to the right side of the trail where runners and other users share the route.

Registration fees vary by entry type. Race shirts are guaranteed for registrations completed before August 30; virtual entries do not include a shirt. There will be an awards ceremony and results will be posted online. Fundraising tiers offer incremental rewards and may include free race entry and event apparel at specified donation levels.
Parking in Canal Park is available at several paid lots and metered spaces; organizers suggest using nearby ramps or lots and walking to the start line.
