Twilight Triathlon (Race 2)
Twilight Triathlon (Race 2) takes place at Champion Lakes Regatta Centre in Champion Lakes, WA on 14 November 2026. It is the second race in the Spinifex Sheds Multisport Series and is followed later in the series by an Aquathlon where series placegetters will be determined.
The event offers multiple course options across adult and junior categories. Medals for first, second and third male and female placings will be awarded in the Olympic, sprint, enticer and mini courses. Finisher medals will be provided for Junior Short and Junior Medium participants. The event atmosphere includes evening racing as the swim and ride take place near sunset and the run continues after dark, with on-site elements such as a DJ and glow sticks noted.
Distances and minimum ages for each race are:
- Olympic Swim 1500m Cycle 38.5km Run 9.3km Minimum age 15
- Sprint Swim 750m Cycle 19km Run 4.7km Minimum age 14
- Enticer Swim 300m Cycle 12.9km Run 3.12km Minimum age 12
- Mini Swim 200m Cycle 6.4km Run 1.56km Minimum age 10
- Junior Medium Swim 100m Cycle 1.5km Run 1km Minimum age 7
- Junior Short Swim 50m Cycle 500m Run 500m Minimum age 5
