About the race
Fremantle Triathlon Club hosts the Australia Day Triathlon at Point Walter Reserve in Bicton, Western Australia on 26 January 2027. The event offers multiple triathlon formats over swim, bike and run legs.
There are three event choices with the following legs:
- Sprint: 750m swim, 21km bike, 5k run
- Fun: 400m swim, 7km bike, 2.5k run
- Sprint Team: complete the sprint distances in a team of 2 or 3
Registration uses tiered pricing with early bird and standard periods. Early bird pricing runs from 1 August to 30 November and standard pricing applies from 1 December to 26 January. Example fees listed for non club members include A$99 for the Sprint, A$84 for the Fun event, and A$109 for the Sprint Team during the standard pricing period. Reduced member rates are also shown, for example A$86 for the Sprint and A$79 for the Fun event during the standard period.
