About the race
The Founders City Beach Christmas Cup is an organised run by the West Australian Marathon Club held on 13 December 2026 at City Beach, near Challenger Drive. The event offers seaside running with ocean views and a Christmas themed breakfast after the runs. Spot prizes will be awarded for the best dressed Christmas outfit.

- 8 km
- 4 km
Entry fees differ for members and non-members and by age category. Bib collection is available only on the morning of the event at the start/finish area; WAMC members must wear their club cloth bib and a timing chip on their shoe. Non-members are asked to allow time to collect their bib on the morning if they did not collect in advance. Registrations are available on the morning for those who missed earlier registration periods, with a late registration penalty applied from the day before the event for non-members.
The event takes place at the City Beach kiosk/Challenger Drive area and is organised by the West Australian Marathon Club. A GPS route file is published for the 8 km course. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
