Founders City Beach Christmas Cup : English
The Founders City Beach Christmas Cup is a community running event organised by the West Australian Marathon Club on 13 December 2026 at City Beach (Challenger Parade/Challenger Drive) with ocean views and a Christmas-themed breakfast offered after the run.
Participants can choose between two distances:
- 8km
- 4km
Entry fees vary by distance and membership status. For both distances the listed fees are: member U18 $10.00, member $10.00, non-member U18 $15.00, non-member $25.00. Online registrations are offered and registrations will also be available on the morning of the event for those who miss the online cutoff; a late registration penalty applies from the Saturday before the event for non-members only.
Bib collection is only on the morning of the event at the start/finish area. WAMC members are required to wear their member cloth bib and a timing chip on their shoe. The event includes spot prizes for best dressed Christmas outfits.
